Flow, Move & Restore brings together yoga, fitness classes, restorative movement and workshops, offering a balance of energy, relaxation and wellbeing in a beautiful, welcoming setting.

Alongside the sessions, there'll be plenty of opportunity to relax, soak up the sunshine, explore the local area, enjoy good food and drinks, and spend time together.

The retreat is all about finding your own balance and enjoying the experience in whatever way feels right for you. All classes and activities are optional, so you can join in as much or as little as you like, take time out when you need it, and make the retreat your own.

Whether you're looking to move, unwind, try something new or simply enjoy a few days away, this is your time to switch off, reconnect and feel good.

Located in Praia da Luz, on Portugal’s Algarve coast, AltaVista is just a short walk from the beach. The area has a relaxed feel, with local cafés and restaurants, beautiful coastal walks and a range of watersports to enjoy along the coast. Whether you fancy a walk by the sea, trying something new on the water or simply enjoying a coffee overlooking the sea, there’s plenty to explore between retreat activities.

Stay at the beautiful AltaVista in Portugal, surrounded by stunning views and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The accommodation offers a comfortable space to unwind, switch off and enjoy your time away. All rooms have a private shower room, air conditioning and a fridge, giving you everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable retreat.

There's plenty to enjoy at Alta Vista including an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor bubble pool, an infra red sauna and a yoga studio. Outside, you'll find a spacious sunbathing terrace, gardens with hammocks, panoramic views and a fire pit. There's also a poolside bar, volleyball and table tennis, plus a 24/7 coffee and tea station

All meals will be freshly prepared by our private chefs, whose food we’ve enjoyed on a previous retreat. Using fresh, locally sourced produce and seasonal ingredients wherever possible, you can look forward to delicious, nourishing meals with fresh flavours and plenty of variety.

Our menu will be predominantly vegetarian, with one special BBQ evening where meat will also be served, bringing everyone together to enjoy good food and great company.

From breakfast through to dinner, everything is taken care of, leaving you free to relax, connect and fully enjoy your retreat experience.

Cost:

All prices are per person for the full five-night retreat.

King-size room (one king bed OR two single beds): £1,225 per person
Standard double room: £1,175 per person
Private single room: £1,300 per person

Double and twin rooms are priced per person, based on two people

sharing.

All room options include five nights' accommodation,

three meals a day and the full retreat programme.

Alex and I will guide you through a mix of yoga flow, restorative yoga, strength and fitness sessions, alongside a workshop. Everything is optional, so you can join in as much or as little as you like and enjoy the experience in your own way.
