Online Consultation
An informal chat to discuss your needs and goals. I will help to problem solve your weaker areas to help you get a step closer to achieving your goal.
Personalised Coaching
Through a series of mobility drills and the use of props you will learn how to safely improve your strength, flexibility, range of motion, alignment and body awareness with your own training plan.
Homework
Accountability is everything so I will give you drills to work on in between sessions.
