Refunds & Cancellations

-In order to reserve your place on the Retreat you must pay a £300 deposit. Your place on the Retreat is secured once the payment has been received

-The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable 

-If you cancel your place on the Retreat I am not able to refund any of the payment. 

-If you must withdraw from the Retreat for special circumstances such as a serious illness, injury, change in circumstances or bereavement I will unfortunately not be able to give any refund

- I take no responsibility for cancellation of flights or any transport booked to travel to the Retreat in Portugal and will not be held responsible for any refunds and charges incurred associated.

Payment Plans 

- I am pleased to offer a 6 month payment plan structure to help ensure the Retreat is affordable. All payment plans must be agreed by me prior to the start

Bad Conduct

No refunds will be given if I have to remove a student from the training for bad conduct. Bad conduct is violation of the Code of Conduct, harassment, bullying, or any other behaviour that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the training or to fellow students.

Other circumstances

-  I reserve the right to alter or amend the Retreat caused by circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, fires, floods.

-In the case of a natural force majeure and the Retreat cannot go ahead, the Retreat will be postponed to a time and location when it can proceed.

-No cash refunds will be issued.

Photography & Video

-  I reserve the right to take photographs and videos during the Retreat and these will be used for marketing purposes. 

-Please inform me prior to the Retreat if you would not like your photograph used in marketing materials.
