My style of yoga focuses on an embodied experience rather than 'perfect' poses. The classes are creative and built with purpose and Intention, whether that being focusing on different body parts, exploring movement through transitions or adding in a theme. Expect to move around your mat, be fully immersed in your practice and discover ways to get the most out of YOUR practice.

All group classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Ready to feel stronger, more balanced and deeply restored?

 

Join me for a 4 week program designed to help you feel strong, centered and supported from the inside out.

 

Begin with a strength and conditioning class designed to support your movement, stability and overall wellbeing. We'll use resistance bands, blocks, sliders and your own body to target key muscle groups and build functional strength.

 

Week 1 - Upper body 

Week 2 - Lower body 

Week 3  - Back strength

Week 4 -  Full Body

 

Perfect for yogis or anyone who want to:

Improve balance and joint stability

Build strength for arm balances and inversions

Increase mobility through controlled resistance

Avoid injuries and support long term practice

Increase confidence with effective workouts that you can do at home

 

Then unwind with restorative yoga.

Ease into stillness with long, soothing holds, that release tension, enhance recovery and calm the body and mind. A perfect complement to the strength work that comes before it.
