Through purposeful and creative sequencing, you will have a chance to explore and discover ways to get the most out of YOUR practice.

The classes are built with purpose and Intention, whether that being focusing on different body parts, exploring movement through transitions or adding in a theme. Expect to move around your mat and be fully immersed in your practice.

One to one support

One to One

Personalised sessions are great for both beginners and advanced Yogi's. With one-on-one attention, you can work towards a specific goal and learn ways to build your practice based on your specific needs.

Workshops are a great way to break down certain concepts, postures or themes, allowing you to go deep in to a specific topic such as backbends, arm balances etc
