Online and In Person Strength Training is for you if you are someone who:

Has plateaued in your yoga practice due to lack of strength in certain areas of your body eg weak glutes, hamstrings, shoulders

Wants to be able to do more advanced yoga poses

Is unsure of what exercises to do, using dumbbells, resistance bands and other equipment in order to progress in your practice

Practices yoga and wants to prevent injury

Wants to develop strength to safely deepen flexibility and range of motion

Lacks confidence when it comes to strength training

Wants to develop upper body, lower body, core, back, full body strength
What it includes
Online Consultation
An assessment of your goals, lifestyle, fitness level will be carried out in order to create a personalised plan.
Personalised Coaching
We will start with a warm up focusing on active mobility and muscle activation. A workout using body weight and free weight exercises to suit your health and strength goals. We'll end the session with passive stretches targeting those worked muscle groups and to relax the body.
Check Ins
The package will include check ins and I will set you homework to practice in between sessions.
