Flexibility and Mobility  (60 mins)


A 6 week personalised yoga package

This is for intermediate/advanced practitioners who feel stagnant in their practice or need more guidance working towards a specific goal. I will combine conditioning with drills to help you achieve the next step forward in your practice. Training with me is challenging yet attainable.

 

Areas that I specialise in:

-Splits

-Backbends: Wheel, Drop Back, Flipped Grip, Dancer, Cobra, Camel, Scorpion

-Forearm stand

 

What's Included:


Consultation

I will do a body assessment and based on this assessment will help to problem solve your weaker areas to help you get a step closer to achieving your goal.

 

6 Private Sessions once a week

Through a series of mobility drills and the use of props you will learn how to safely improve your strength, flexibility, range of motion, alignment and body awareness.


Homework

Accountability is everything so I will give you drills to work on in between sessions.

I am with you every step of the way. Message with with any questions and update me with your progress!
